Cold drawing ensures two-place decimal precision for diameter and thickness Guaranteed by Tecnofar.
Tecnofar S.p.a.’s precision tubes are cold-drawn on a drawing bench or using a drum-type machine with a floating mandrel.
The technology adopted by our production departments guarantees diameters and thicknesses with two-place decimal precision.
Tried and tested procedures, meeting the most rigorous quality requirements, are employed throughout every stage of the manufacturing process.
Its pursuit of ever higher quality standards convinced Tecnofar S.p.A. to produce its own semi-manufactured products internally, starting with strip welding.
The Company also has its own tube cutting department, whose modern equipment makes it possible for us to supply cut pieces just a few millimetres in length and fully deburred.
At the request of the customer, we can add special features to tubes, including folds, countersinks and holes. Tecnofar S.p.A.’s precision tubes are available in a variety of formats.
